In an inbound call center environment, you will handle approximately 7 calls per hour, primarily in Spanish. This role focuses on soft collections for early-stage delinquency (less than 60 days past due), assisting homeowners by answering questions and outlining options to bring their mortgage accounts current. Aggressive collections are not part of this role, as accounts over 60 days delinquent are managed by a separate team. No prior mortgage or call center experience is required, as extensive training is provided.
