Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC or home services experience is a major plus!).
- Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installation appointments.
- Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.
- Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system.
