We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position offering 32–40 hours per week , with opportunities for seasonal overtime during our busiest times of the year. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and standard office software
  • Excellent phone and chat etiquette with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and positive while managing multiple priorities
  • Availability to work on-site 32–40 hours per week, including some evenings, Saturdays, and seasonal overtime

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience in the formalwear or apparel industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers by phone, email, and chat with orders, returns, billing questions, and product inquiries
  • Providing guidance on styles, sizing, and formalwear options
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and order details
  • Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting additional office and administrative tasks as needed
