Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps
  • A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
  • Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
  • A high school diploma
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
  • PestPac experience
  • Associate or higher degree

Responsibilities

  • As a member of our awesome Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries.
  • Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.
