Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communications
- Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps
- A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
- Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
- A high school diploma
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
- PestPac experience
- Associate or higher degree
Responsibilities
- As a member of our awesome Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries.
- Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.
