About The Position

Valley Tree Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Inbound/Outbound Specialist to join their team. This role involves making outbound calls to homeowners to introduce tree care services, explain benefits, and schedule appointments for certified arborists. The representative will also answer basic questions, handle initial concerns, and maintain accurate call records. The position is in-office only, located near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave in Phoenix, Arizona. The schedule is Monday - Friday, with four 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM days and one 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM flex-day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
• Comfortable working with call scripts and customer tracking tools
• Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave in Phoenix, Arizona

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided list
• Introduce tree care services in a friendly and informative way
• Explain the benefits of a free tree evaluation
• Schedule appointments for certified arborists to visit and assess customers’ trees
• Answer basic questions and handle any initial concerns
