About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service Representative to greet customers, take orders, answer phones, provide customer service, and prepare pizzas quickly and accurately. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow, including potentially advancing into management. The store operates every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, when the team is busiest.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
- Be a team player who is punctual and maintains a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrate customer service and communication skills; pizza preparation and phone-answering skills can be taught.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
