About The Position

Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. The role requires learning and using the company’s call script while sounding professional and authentic, participating in training, maintaining accurate customer database records, and communicating with dispatch and the manager. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with part-time schedules also considered. It requires at least eight hours of work on both Saturday and Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Weekday scheduling is flexible, with an emphasis on evenings and the option of daytime or afternoon shifts. The initial four weeks of training are in person, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After training, work is remote, with quarterly in-office meetings. Candidates must be able to commute to the Downingtown, Pennsylvania office for training and meetings.

Requirements

Ability to work at least eight hours on both Saturday and Sunday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Ability to attend four weeks of in-person training in Downingtown, PA, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ability to commute to the Downingtown, PA office for initial training and quarterly meetings.
Ability to pass a drug test and background test.
