About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts at Store 2741269 in El Paso, Texas. The position requires weekday and weekend availability. Employees working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. The role offers a fast-paced, varied store environment and opportunities for career growth. Team members greet and assist customers, operate the register, suggest purchases, and may work with the food program. They also work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Availability for overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; perform handwork requiring eye-hand coordination; and potentially climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities
