About The Position
Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc. is an established, nationwide leader in pipe manufacturing. We take pride in building strong customer relationships and delivering quality products across the country. We have an immediate opening for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Evansville, IN location!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Solid basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and decimals quickly and accurately.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
- A fast learner who follows instructions well and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Nice To Haves
- some college coursework is a plus
- SAP experience preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or account administration is helpful!
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining positive daily relationships with customers.
- Preparing and providing accurate product quotations and resolving customer support inquiries.
- Managing the complete order lifecycle—from initial data entry through delivery—by collaborating closely with our shipping and production departments.
