About The Position

Provide internal and external customers with a single point of contact with regard to order administration, pricing and other non-technical service issues. Proactively manages customer needs, identifying issues and providing resolutions.

Requirements

  • Single point of contact for customers regarding order administration, pricing, and non-technical service issues.
  • Proactive management of customer needs, issue identification, and resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support via phone and email
  • Processing of customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Follow-up and coordination of problematic orders
  • Coordinating with the Workshop to ensure customer-requested delivery dates are met
  • Assist in other departments from time to time as required (warehouse, assembly)
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice, as determined by business needs.
