About The Position

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. You will ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Maltese native with a good command of English
  • Ideally with some prior CS experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
