We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Cedar Rapids branch. This role is responsible for supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and account management while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role will also be responsible for shipping and receiving product.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Computer skills or prior experience with computer order entry system required
