About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and helping maintain store standards across different areas of the store, both inside and outside. Employees work with a team to complete daily tasks and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers.
Ability to provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and a friendly conversational manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
