As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will leverage advanced technology and high industry standards to protect homes and businesses nationwide. Your daily tasks will include responding to alarm activations, dispatching emergency responders, and delivering exceptional service to customers. This role offers an opportunity to make a real impact for individuals with experience or interest in customer service within fast-paced or high-stakes environments. The 24/7 call center operates continuously, with CSR schedules including weekends, holidays, and rotating days, offering various stable shifts to accommodate individual needs. The position is located on-site in Henderson, NV, with full-time and part-time options available. Requirements

  • Associate degree, equivalent Military, or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • Proficient computer, written, and verbal skills
  • Comfortable using a headset in a high call volume setting
  • Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete all required training and follow company protocols and procedures
  • Process outbound calls to customers and authority agencies in a call center setting, some inbound
  • Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support to our customers with a sense of urgency
  • Respond to, verifies, and dispatches on emergency signals
  • Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses in a professional manner
  • Multitask and remain calm in various stressful situations
