Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for active listening.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• A patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound queries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our company's products and services to answer customer questions effectively.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
