About The Position

Metz Air Control is a fast-growing, family-founded HVAC company. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing HVAC & Plumbing team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management
