Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and solutions
  • Provide accurate information while delivering a friendly, professional experience
  • Resolve issues efficiently using company systems and resources
  • Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
  • Meet individual and team service goals while maintaining quality standards
