About The Position
Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner, provide accurate information and solutions, and educate clients about products and services. This role involves data entry, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting performance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude
- Professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external clients
- Self-starter who can work independently while meeting expectations
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must be available for weekend and closing shifts
- Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location starting June 9
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction
- Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database
- Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services
- Meet established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance
