About The Position

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to hazardous waste processing services. Coordinate order entry, scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant service delivery. Prepare and review shipping papers, manifests, and regulatory documentation with a focus on accuracy. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows. Maintain detailed records and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers professionally and clearly
• Working knowledge of safety, environmental, or regulatory processes with a commitment to compliance
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage documentation and data accurately
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems (ERP/CRM tools, Microsoft Office) to manage customer transactions
