Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
- Must be 18 or older
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and faxes
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product availability, pricing, and order status updates
- Handle returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members and maintain strong internal communication
