About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking performance-driven individuals with a genuine desire to provide the best customer service experience. This is a remote position where you will work from the comfort of your own home. The company fosters a positive, productive atmosphere with a people-first approach, prioritizing customers, coworkers, and the community. Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas. The role involves handling inbound calls related to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking using company-provided equipment and a desktop application called Talkdesk.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.
  • High speed cable Internet with a 25mb plan minimum (No DSL).
  • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems.
  • Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to leadership direction, meet previously determined department standards, and strive to increase both personal and team production.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE Certifications preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred.
  • Possess or have a sincere desire to learn some minor technical details about vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service utilizing the desktop application, Talkdesk.
  • Handle inbound calls regarding shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking.
  • Answer calls in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction as the number one objective.
  • Recognize customer needs and troubleshoot any issues using all available tools.
  • Multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Follow instructions and respond to leadership direction.
  • Meet previously determined department standards and strive to increase both personal and team production.
