Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Raleigh, NC. The CSR is responsible for ensuring that services provided to all customers meet or exceed company standards. The CSR will become proficient in understanding company products, ordering systems, and customer file maintenance to effectively take customer orders and address any complaints or issues. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive and superior customer focus.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Attention to detail is critical and accuracy is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills – Word and Excel experience desired
  • Effective problem-solving skills when encountering new and unique challenges
  • Communicate with sales and operations for account reconciliation assistance
  • Must be flexible to work schedule and ability to adjust for changes in workload
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient with 10-key
  • Ability to find ways to increase efficiency
  • Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with customers primarily by phone, both inbound and outbound, to gather information used to key in orders in computer database.
  • Addresses customer complaints and provides solutions.
  • Checks and updates expiring temporary, suspended, and cancelled customer state alcohol permits daily
  • Communicate with sales and operations for account reconciliation assistance
  • Handles customer administration to include customer set up and maintenance.
  • Provides office support by assisting co-workers as needed to handle an increased customer load.
  • Fill in for receptionist for breaks, lunch, and PTO.
  • Review and adjust invoices to reflect driver paperwork and document discrepancies
  • Analyze discrepancies between received payments and paperwork
  • Accurately identify and sort charge invoices
  • Communicate with Driver Supervisors to resolve issues
  • Process receipts and collect payments for current day’s orders
