About The Position

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for a variety of clerical duties. This role involves reconciling driver manifests, accurate data entry into Trapeze software, taking reservations, providing information, assisting with the application process, preparing eligibility letters and pre-paid tickets, and supporting the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will possess basic Excel skills, excellent ten-key abilities, attention to detail, professionalism, superior customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Good communication skills are essential.
