REMOTE Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is searching for experienced REMOTE Customer Service professionals looking for immediate new positions! This is a remote, contract position that will support the team during their busiest season. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking calls for delivery and payments. This position requires exceptional customer service skills to address service needs, billing, and transaction inquiries via a high volume of inbound calls. You will be taking residential orders for propane and heating oil and taking over the phone payments. You will be required to do basic math which is EXTREMELY important for it to be accurate. An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic. You will need problem-solving skills and a passion to create customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Diploma or GED required
- Inbound call volume
- FULLY REMOTE- Experience with this in previous position
Responsibilities
