The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The CSR possesses a comprehensive understanding of Copart's practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to secure the release of vehicles from locations such as body shops, other facilities, and residences. Additional office support functions may also be required. As the initial point of contact for many customers, the CSR represents the company's image. The role may expand to include chat and email customer support. Responsibilities include answering and making calls professionally, with performance measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, follow-up timeliness). The CSR will focus on call resolution, utilizing company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Other duties may be assigned.
