About The Position

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for customers. You help create a welcoming experience and make customers’ lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude while representing the Domino’s brand. This is a variable-hourly position classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; a work permit is required in some locations.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a fun, friendly, and engaging experience while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
