About The Position
This position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (NOT a remote position). MicahTek is located at 8215 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK 74011. This is a Customer Service Representative role dedicated to working with a specific media company that publishes Christian education resources including Bible studies, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School curriculum, books, movies, and websites designed for churches and individuals seeking a Christ-centered perspective on faith and life issues. The primary responsibility will be to assist callers in resolving their customer service issues. May process both inbound and outbound calls for the client.
