About The Position

Union Market is a student-run market on campus that offers affordable coffee, bagels, snacks, sandwiches, juice, and chocolate milk. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for store opening/closing duties and customer service during store operating hours. Requirements

• Skills in verbal communication required to deal with customers and others within the organization
• Background in customer service oriented industry
• Ability to make decisions quickly and often without warning i.e. customer service situations
• Experience in cash procedures preferably in a computerized atmosphere
