About The Position
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team! If you're someone who is organized, thorough, dependable, and a self-starter, this could be a great opportunity. We're looking for a quick learner who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
Requirements
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and thorough
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Quick learner who is willing to learn our products and processes
- Customer service experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Takes ownership, follows through, asks questions, and takes pride in doing things right.
Responsibilities
- Customer order entry and data entry
- Customer communication by email and phone
- Providing order status and lead-time updates
- Coordinating with production, scheduling, and shipping
- Reviewing orders for accuracy
- Following up on open items and customer requests
- Maintaining organized records and documentation
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
