About The Position

Support sales, service, and distribution activities during peak season within the team. This role focuses on customer order management, inventory and demand analysis, and close coordination with Sales, Logistics, and 3rd‑party warehouses. Strong performers are often hired into other areas after peak season. The role is primarily email‑based with limited phone work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred)
  • 1–2 years customer service, sales support, supply chain, manufacturing, or retail/restaurant experience
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

  • SAP and Salesforce experience a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer purchase orders from entry through invoicing
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and forecasts
  • Analyze inventory and customer demand; enter forecasts into SAP
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams
  • Coordinate with 3rd‑party warehouses and track shipments
  • Maintain customer records and reporting
  • Provide team support and backup as needed
