About The Position
EDS Service Solutions is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at OGG Airport in Kahului, Hawaii. The role supports rental car operations by assisting customers during vehicle returns, ensuring rental documents and charges are accurate, and directing customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations. The position pays $19 per hour, with weekly pay. AM and PM shifts are available, and weekend work is required. The representative welcomes customers, provides information and assistance, resolves service issues, and helps manage queues to reduce wait times. The role also requires professional conduct and collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and prior experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record for the past three years.
Responsibilities
- Manage the rental return process in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and direct returned vehicles, check time or mileage, and verify vehicles are moved to the proper lot location.
- Welcome customers and maintain a professional appearance, language, and behavior.
- Direct customers to the shuttle bus back to the airport.
- Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely.
- Provide directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to customers.
- Verify the return date and time on rental agreements.
- Review charges when vehicles are returned.
- Resolve customer service issues effectively.
- Coordinate customers in the queue to minimize wait times and promote efficient service.
- Contribute to teamwork and collaboration.
