About The Position

Circle Logistics is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative to join their team in Whiteland, IN. This role operates on a Thursday through Sunday (0700 - 1800) schedule and is critical to the company's continuous logistics network. The position bridges the gap between the standard business week and the high-volume weekend transit window, ensuring smooth handoffs, consistent tracking, and excellent customer support during peak afternoon transitions and crucial weekend delivery windows. The representative will work four 10-hour days.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments

  • Maintain and update shipment information within internal systems
