About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is presented as a gateway into the IT industry for those without prior tech experience. Customer Service Representatives will act as the primary point of contact for customers, combining technical support knowledge with problem-solving and customer service skills. The role involves learning quickly, providing support via chat, email, and MS Teams, and escalating issues to back-office teams. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • Must have AZ DMV experience
  • 1+ years of support help desk knowledge
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support knowledge
  • Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems.
  • Combine tech support know-how with problem solving and customer service.
  • Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production within the first month.
  • Multi-task and provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams.
  • Treat customers with concierge-level care.
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations.
  • Grow experience, skill, and understanding of other job roles through interaction with diverse problems and people.
