About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales efforts by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This is a high-volume, phone-based role focused on resolving customer inquiries, driving solutions, and ensuring accuracy during a critical peak season. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage customer expectations, and comfort navigating systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Outlook.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or phone-heavy role preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail and ability to minimize errors
  • Comfortable using Outlook for internal communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Prior experience supporting sales or order processing

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls (phone-only support; no email queue)
  • Provide solutions that support sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately process and manage customer requests in Salesforce and SAP
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and process compliance
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver a strong customer service experience
