About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role works in the kitchen and supports customers by taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and maintaining clean equipment and facilities. Team members are trained in pizza-making techniques and work together to provide good customer service. The position may suit students or people seeking additional work hours.

Requirements

• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
