Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM with solid data entry skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, copy/paste, etc.)
  • Ability to think independently and assess customer needs (not script-dependent)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from employees in need of immediate back-up care
  • Coordinate care solutions with childcare centers and in-home providers
  • Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support during urgent situations
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems while assisting customers in real time
