About The Position

Our Customer Service Representatives are trained to provide a world-class service experience to all who enter our doors. We are a family owned and operated business and strive to provide an excellent work environment. John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will greet and write customers up in a timely manner, schedule service appointments, communicate with the parts department and technicians to complete repairs, review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed, and report to Management for additional job duties. Use of electronic tablet and mobile texting is required. The ideal candidate for a Customer Advocate can be characterized as having a professional appearance, a strong will to serve people, and the motivation to do more than expected. We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals. Requirements

  • Must have a valid U.S driver’s license.
  • Must be reliable
  • Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
  • Ability to Multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

  • CDK Drive experience helpful.
  • Minimum one year service writer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
