John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will greet and write customers up in a timely manner, schedule service appointments, communicate with the parts department and technicians to complete repairs, review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed, and report to Management for additional job duties. Use of electronic tablet and mobile texting is required. The ideal candidate for a Customer Advocate can be characterized as having a professional appearance, a strong will to serve people, and the motivation to do more than expected. We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
