About The Position

Clear Verify is an employment and wage verification platform seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. We are seeking a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish to help us better serve our diverse customer base.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Serve as the customer advocate and work towards resolution
• Assisting users with troubleshooting and technical issues related to our software platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate and complete customer records and documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Assisting with building out our knowledge base and customer service experience
