The Customer Service Representative provides comprehensive service and support for the Low Voltage Busway plant to internal and external customers. This role coordinates and expedites customer orders, manages delivery and re-promise dates in the Vista system, and ensures timely communication of customer needs to production teams. The position supports achievement of key customer service metrics through data analysis, reporting, and proactive issue resolution. Serving as the primary liaison between sales, materials, manufacturing, and customers, the role ensures production schedules, shipping commitments, and customer satisfaction objectives are consistently met. As we transition from Hodges to our expanded Greenwood site, you’ll join a rapidly growing Busway operation positioned for long-term success. We’re targeting ~$1B in annual sales by 2030 through increased capacity, stronger supply-chain resiliency, and continued volume growth.
