Requirements

• Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask like a rock star
• Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure
• Reliable and responsible, the customer and the company count on this
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in customer service roles
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel
• Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaker preferred

Responsibilities

• To “WOW!!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns running smoothly.
• Serve as the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order, all the way until completion.
• Act as the liaison between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams.
• Ensure the client’s deadlines are met.
• Ensure that the customer is serviced perfectly and is very happy with their order!
• Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as well as via e-mail and live chat
• Accurately follow customer’s written or verbal instructions
• Provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed
• Other duties as assigned
