About The Position

Master Maintenance National, a Servis Group Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves managing a high call volume, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to vendors, responding to customer inquiries, escalating customer issues, and following up with customers to ensure resolutions.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, excel, work)
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check

Responsibilities

  • Able to utilize Service Channel to schedule appointments
  • Follow up on past due invoices/accounts receivable
  • Monitor email and respond in a time efficient manner
  • Data entry
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Follow up to ensure any concerns are resolved
  • Perform other duties as assigned
