About The Position

The Customer Service Representative serves customers in a fast-paced Domino’s store environment. The role involves preparing pizza and other products, processing orders by phone and in person, and providing effective customer service and service recovery. The posting offers $10 per hour and weekly pay, and describes benefits. Employees may have opportunities to grow into management; promotions to Assistant Manager are bonus eligible.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Strong customer service skills and ability to provide effective service recovery.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
