About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Customer Service Representative with good multi-tasking skills for their quarry in Springdale, Arkansas. This role involves handling administrative duties, performing processes according to established procedures, and using judgment in data selection and interpretation. The representative will operate a proprietary Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and provide backup dispatching for trucks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must provide valid I9 documentation of worker eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service
  • Take and input customer orders with our proprietary Truck Scale system
  • Dispatch trucks for delivery of materials
  • Answer phones
  • Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
  • May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
