Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions.
Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products.
Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date with career path internally to other opportunities within.
Take initiative to master additional processes and client-specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries.
Gain knowledge of department policies and processes to ensure seamless teamwork and client care.
