50Floor, Inc. is looking for a service-oriented Customer Service Representative with good organizational skills. This position will be based in our Charlotte Market. The Customer Service Representative will perform tasks related to organization and communication between external and internal customers. Customer Service Representative role will include communication with the customers throughout the purchase and installation process, coordination with other team members to resolve customer issues, and addressing post-sale product warranty questions. The right fit for the Customer Service position will have good communications skills, be able to stay organized, show a sense of urgency in solving customer concerns, and take a pro-active approach to supporting their team.
