About The Position

PDQ Doors is seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its Milford, Ohio team. The representative is the first point of contact for customers and provides service and support by phone, email, and chat. The role is full-time, hourly, pays $18–$25 per hour based on experience, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating weekends. The company offers paid training and mentorship, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team-oriented environment. Candidates must undergo pre-employment background and drug screenings and a motor vehicle record check.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Friendly demeanor, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a team-oriented approach.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with rotating weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to undergo pre-employment background and drug screenings and a motor vehicle record check.
