Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, service, and warranty claims
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Manage and track warranty claims from start to resolution with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to a high volume of emails and service cases in a professional manner
Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
Maintain organized and accurate records related to parts, service, and warranty
Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and accountability
Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
