About The Position

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with Team members within the customer service department. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
  • Data driven and comfortable in environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
  • Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via phone and chat communications.
  • Promote and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Offer basic troubleshooting to customer including product knowledge, recommendations and problem resolution.
  • Participates in assigned projects and consistently meet department goals.
  • Support activities for the department as needed.
