About The Position

Community First Bank is looking for a part-time (30 hours/wk) Customer Service Representative to join our Prairie du Chien team. Banking experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working with customers. We'll provide the training you need to learn the banking side of the job. As a Teller, you'll be one of the first people our customers see when they visit the bank. You'll help customers with their everyday banking needs while creating the friendly, personal experience they expect from CFB.

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused position
• Are dependable and take pride in doing things accurately
• Are comfortable learning new technology and processes

• Great customer service, reliability and a willingness to learn are harder to teach than banking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and other transactions
• Answer questions and help customers find solutions
• Build relationships with customers and get to know their banking needs
• Maintain accuracy while handling cash and transactions
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with other products and services
• Work with your teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience
