About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bluefors. In this role, you will support customer interactions by processing requests, generating quotations, and ensuring accurate order handling, all while delivering a high level of service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six months to one year of related experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Strong customer/client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with basic data entry and processing skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, manuals, and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety and alignment with company Leadership Principles and workplace competencies
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or coursework from a two-year college or technical school preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product inquiries
  • Process customer orders and order changes in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and issues
  • Provide timely feedback regarding customer concerns
  • Perform export compliance screenings in accordance with company policies
  • Review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
